So I was browsing through Facebook's Butte County's Virtual Yard Sale and noticed a photo of a found dog that really resembled our little Max. I turned around and made sure he was still sleeping on my sweatshirt behind me and he was, so I read further. Apparently this lady took in this Max-doppleganger and found out that his owners had moved and abandoned him. I checked with Kathie and contacted this lady in hopes of giving him a new forever home. Turns out someone else got to him before us. A few days later, this lady contacted us and said that that other family had second thoughts and she had him back and wondered if we were still interested. Well after 2 days of telling her we were interested and setting up a vet appointment for the little guy, she had not gotten a hold of us by the time the appointment was set. Then she Facebook messaged us this afternoon, apologizes and asks if we are still interested!?!?!?! Ugh. And, of course, we said yes. That was 4 hours ago...no response, nil, nada, zip...WTF??? I am just about done with her. She's going to cost that little dog a good home by being such a flake.
